The evening’s multi-course menu and wine pairings will be orchestrated by Café Boulud alum, Chef Aaron Bludorn of Bludorn Restaurant and the Eads Family Vineyard. Following a prosperous career working under Michelin starred chefs in Napa and New York, Aaron Bludorn’s career led him to Houston, the hometown of his wife Victoria Pappas, to open his incredibly popular concept, a sophisticated neighborhood eatery serving refined cuisine rooted in passion and integrity. Aaron’s experience and vision worked to crescendo the creation of his new concept where he inject his flair in French inspired Gulf coast cuisine showcasing the regions bounty using local ingredients and purveyors.
Since 1976, The American Hospital of Paris Foundation has been the vital link between the United States and the American Hospital of Paris. From the day it was founded in 1906, the Hospital has brought together the American and international communities in a very special way.
